Custom Wastewater Disposal Equipment & Solutions
Model HTS-R 200 Wastewater Disposal Evaporator
Commercial Rinse, Wastewater Disposal Containing Lube Oils And Various Chemicals

This system was a special order containing a hinged Stainless Steel Enclosed Top with a Stainless Steel Stack with blower assisted steam discharge for the purpose of odor control and to keep materials such as gloves, mop heads and other debris out of the Evaporator. We also provided a digital natural gas, water, and temperature control with 4-20 ma output for the operation. Also provided was a 2" self priming pump for quick filling of the evaporator, flushing discharge manifold lines, and discharge pit circulation. Also provided was a safety pump for operational discharge pit over flow protection. This Evaporator was initially a remote wilderness model of open top design modified for our first non oil field application.
HT-R 200 Actual Proven Output = 366 gallons per hour
(Open Top / No Electricity Required)
10 cu. ft. Natural Gas Per 1 Gallon Evaporation
@ 6,500 ft. Elevation / Saltwater DisposalGuaranteed Output For This Job = 250 gallons per hour
(Customer Requirement 200 gallons per hour)
Current Maximum Output = 350 gallons per hour
Output for overall efficiency = 300 gallons per hour
Current Elevation 350 Ft. Above Sea Level
Evaporative Systems, Inc. does not post fuel efficiency and evaporation rates from tap water testing. Our posted readings are actual with the wastewater, as we have found that different wastewater elements, specific gravity's and surface tensions can accelerate or lower the evaporation rates.
We also provided 2 - 9000 gallon holding tanks designed to collect lube oils and solids contained in the wastewater. The tanks were built with a 15 degree cone bottom for accumulation of solids and contain an internal system to contain the oil in the heated primary feed tank. A manifold system is designed to periodically skim the oil out into a 1000 gallon secondary collection tank also provided by ESI. Solids build up can be periodically cleaned out from the cone bottoms through 4" butterfly valves.
100' x 28' x 3' tall concrete containment area with 5,000 gallon discharge pit.
This was designed to contain all of the wastewater contained in the equipment at full capacity. Another company in the general area just laid off hundreds of employees with the factory closing it's doors due to their wastewater lagoon leaking and years of contamination of the ground water supply along with EPA imposed fines and cost's associated with the clean up.
