Since 1992 The ESI SC Turbo Vaporizer  was designed to evaporate huge quantities of wastewater containing hazardous and non hazardous elements as well as a high content of solids or high content of dissolved solids, water soluble oils, glycol's, and lube oils.

The Unique Design allows a high volume of pressurized air to be mixed with  Natural Gas, Propane, and/or Fuel Oil to provide a huge heat source with high volumes which is dispersed into the evaporator tank thereby coming into 100% contact with the contained wastewater.

The Heat Transport design allows above 3000 deg. F. dispersed heat to vaporize water and particulate inside the tank with actual low 185 to 192 F. temperature tank operation while removing  the environmentally friendly vapors out of the steam scrubber / exhaust stack.

The Agitation Caused by this process with tank design allows for near saturation concentration value of the wastewater with the ability to discharge the contents and solids quickly with-out fouling of the evaporator tank or Heat Transport Outlet, ready for the next batch cycle.

This System Can evaporate and concentrate to a high degree further,  (Actually Near Saturation Value) wastewater's which foul competition heat exchanger type Evaporators & Vaporizers.
