Information & Pictures Of Evaporator Installations And Other ESI Work RelatedHere in northern New Mexico the third largest Natural Gas Producer in the United States, we have supplied since 1987 over 50 individual pieces of evaporation equipment to operate in remote areas when water pipelines, deep well injection and daily use of water trucks would not be practical or economical.
We utilize the well-head natural gas for fuel supply and control operation and typically gravity flow our water supply from the well site tank storage. The equipment is set-up as typical on-site production equipment. The discharge brine & solids are collected in a ground level double bottom screen covered steel tank, fiberglass tank, or concrete enclosure.
This is where we got our start in the "Wastewater Disposal Business" in 1987.
With the addition in 2008 of Allen Bradley Logix 500 and 5000 series automation software, these incredible Vaporizers perform day in and day out with limited maintenance and trouble free operation for equipment of this nature. Being able to remote view, operate and control via network link, or sattelite connection have enabled a system capable of superior remote operations.
