Custom Wastewater Disposal Equipment & Solutions
Our glycol fluid loop powered thermoelectric generator was installed at the factory during the dehydration system manufacture prior to shipment to Burlington CO. for operation in the Bonney field gas gathering and distribution central delivery point. The electrical interface required for this application is a 24 V.charging & regulator circuit with 2 - 100 amp/hr. batteries to power the ROC controller & 64, 4 to 20 ma. temperature, pressure, & flow rate sensors along with several solenoid activated valves.
If the compressor station grid power is lost it is critical to maintain power to the ROC to maintain dehydration system operation and control of pipeline valves for purging and or shutting down or re-starting the electric motor powered compressor.
Our thermoelectric generator provides this power utilizing waste heat from the dehydration system tri-ethylene glycol loop.
